What Is Radon?

Radon is a colorless, odorless, tasteless, radioactive gas that is formed during the natural breakdown of uranium in soil, rock, and water. The EPA and American Lung Association agree radon is a leading cause of lung cancer, second only to cigarette smoking.

How to Reduce Your Radon Levels

Most radon levels can be reduced with a standard Active Soil Depressurization (ASD).The ASD system involves installing a 4 inch PVC pipe in the slab of the structure and attaching an inline fan to the pipe to create a vacuum. The radon gas is then vented safely outdoors, above the roofline.

Our Product

Each radon mitigation system is customized and installed based on the unique design of the home or building to maximize the radon system's performance and keep the aesthetic appeal.
